The company is spread over an area of ​​about 15 hectares, where, in addition to the centuries-old plants, new plants have been introduced and created, specifically from Nocellara del Belice, Nocellara Messinese, Roggianella, Cassanese. For over twenty years, we have been running the company according to the regulations of organic agriculture production without the use of synthetic products, with certification from Ente Suolo e Salute. Moreover, for some years we have been practicing the grassing of the land avoiding any mechanical handling. The olive harvest takes place only and exclusively from the tree, taking care to find the right ripening period for each of the present variety.
